As a self-catering property, we provide starter supplies, including:
One roll of paper towel.

Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms.
For additional items, we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket.

Additional Information:
Pool heating is available at $50.00 per day, required for the entire length of your stay, and should be requested at least 7 days prior to check-in.
The home is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy may result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.
There is no daily housekeeping service. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
As per Florida law, open food items are not permitted in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after guest check-out, and no supplies such as condiments or coffee will be provided before check-in.
Excessive cleaning requirements may incur an additional charge of $100.00.
