As a starter supplies, you will find 1 Roll Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in all trashes, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self-catering. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. If you want a welcome package, please call us. Solterra resort offers a grand clubhouse with plenty of opportunity and places to relax and revel in the Florida sun. The main attraction is our giant pool with water slide and zero entry on one end. Grab an inner tube and float around the lazy river or grab a drink from the poolside bar and grill. Work up a sweat at our fitness center, volleyball or tennis courts.
Note: A rental deposit and rental fee may be collected for any sports equipment rented at the clubhouse. Prices vary. Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom, items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.
*** Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee
For Short-Term Renters (tenants with a rental or lease term of less than one year), who wish to use our amenities during their stay, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is applicable. This fee is a one-time charge per house per reservation and covers access to our fantastic amenities. Here's what you need to know:
Fee Structure:
1-12 Guests: $35 per home
13+ Guests: $45 per home
Payment Information:
Payment is required at the clubhouse front desk when you check in.
Only credit or debit card payments through Square will be accepted; no cash transactions.
The primary person needs to provide the following:
Reservation information indicating the rental property address, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests.
Identification matching the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.
Upon payment, you will receive a Resort Access Card (up to 2 cards per party) for pool access and a 4-digit code for gym entry. Please ensure you have this card with you while on the pool deck, as staff may verify it. For after-hours check-ins, please visit the guard gate, where you will receive car passes. You can pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee at the clubhouse once it reopens to access the pool on subsequent days.
Facility Rules Reminders
Slide Rules:
Riders must be at least 48 inches tall.
Slide riders must go down feet first; tandem riding is not allowed.
Our staff will measure guest height at the front pool gate.
Facility Hours:
Pool: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Lazy River: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.* (hours may vary by season)
Slide: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.* (hours may vary by season)
Gym: 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Tennis Courts: Dawn to Dusk *Note: Lazy River and Slide hours may change seasonally. From November 5, 2023, to March 10, 2024, both the Lazy River and Slide will close at 6 p.m.
Towing Is Strictly Enforced:
Overnight street parking is permitted only in designated spaces marked with two white lines.
Only registered guests are allowed to park overnight, with a limit of 5 vehicles per house.
Vehicles parked in spaces designated for other units will be towed at the owner's expense.
Parking on grass, common areas, or any lot, as well as blocking sidewalks and aprons, is strictly prohibited.
Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, motorcycles, jet-skis, and boats are allowed only for temporary loading and unloading.
Any damage to the landscape is the homeowner's responsibility.
Gate Guards cannot waive parking rules.
Please Note:
There is no parking at the clubhouse after 11:00 PM.
Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
*Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee
For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The primary person will need to provide reservation information with details listed above.
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the amenities the next day.
