Guests who wish to use the resort amenities during their stay are subject to a one-time access fee, payable at the clubhouse front desk upon check-in:
1-12 guests: $35 per home.

Guest Information & Charges
At Tropical Villas Orlando, we’re dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable stay. Here’s what you need to know before check-in:
Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
No Smoking & No Pets – To maintain a fresh, allergy-friendly environment, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A $400 fee will apply for violations.
Housekeeping Services – Our properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, but daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
Food & Storage Policy – Florida law prohibits storing open food in the unit. For hygiene reasons, condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided before check-in.
Starter Supplies – Your villa includes a starter pack of essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries). Once depleted, guests are responsible for additional supplies.
BBQ Grill Rental – BBQ grill rental is available for an additional fee. If the grill is not cleaned after use, an $80 cleaning fee will be charged.
Excessive Cleaning Fee – To maintain high cleanliness standards, a $100 fee applies if additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service.
️ Pool Heating (if applicable) – Want to enjoy a warm swim? Pool heating is available for $50 per day and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in. The service must be booked for the entire stay.
