Sleep soundly with 1 king-size bed and 4 twin-size beds, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Parking is a breeze with free spots on a first-come, first-served basis, and street parking is not permitted. Experience convenience with central amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary cable TV & internet.
Your stay begins with starter supplies, including 1 Roll of Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in every bin, and a fresh toilet paper roll in each bathroom. Rest easy with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in every full bathroom. It's a self-catering house, so remember to grab any additional items you need from the nearby supermarket. The clubhouse features a sauna, fitness center, games arcade, Internet cafe, and free WiFi. Enjoy the Tiki-Bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and kiddie play areas. While package/mail deliveries cannot be accepted at the Clubhouse, you can have them sent to your rental home, provided you're in residence and within the booking contract agreement. Please note that the Resort lacks mailboxes and does not permit trailers, boats, RVs, trailered grills/smokers, buses, or campers on the premises.
Vehicle limits of no more than 6 cars per home are enforced within the resort, and bike hire and fishing in the resort's lakes are not available. Ensure a fantastic stay by adding pool heat at $50.00 per day (to be requested at least 7 days prior to check-in). The home is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Any violations will result in a $400.00 minimum charge against the security deposit.
