Guests will enjoy the convenience of free parking on the driveway, and please note that street parking is not permitted. The property comes equipped with essential amenities, including central air conditioning, provided linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, and complimentary cable TV and internet. To kickstart your stay, we provide starter supplies, such as 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. It's important to note that this house is self-catering, so we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for any additional items you may need during your stay.

For added convenience, consider our optional extras:
- Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in)

Please be aware that our property is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Violation of these terms may result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.

Starter Supplies:
- We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small bar soap in each bathroom, as well as personal hygiene items, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, along with a garbage bag.

Housekeeping:
- Please note that there is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Prior to your check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Clean sheets and towels will be readily available. Should you require mid-stay cleaning services during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Self-Catering:
- Keep in mind that this house is self-catering, and while we provide welcome amenities, we recommend a stop at the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal items.

Food:
- Per Florida law, we cannot leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be removed after guest check-out, and no supplies like condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive Cleaning:
- Please be aware that excessive cleaning, also considered a double clean, will incur a charge of $100.00.
