Enjoy the convenience of free parking in the driveway, with street parking not permitted. We provide essential amenities, including linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, an iron, hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet access. Your stay also begins with a starter supplies package, which includes 1 roll of paper towel, a dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all bins, a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. This home is designed for self-catering, so please visit the nearby supermarket for any additional items you may need. If you prefer a welcome package, feel free to contact us.

- HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before check-in, with clean sheets and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
- SELF-CATERING: This house is designed for self-catering. While we provide welcome amenities, we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal provisions.
- FOOD: In compliance with Florida law, open food cannot be left in refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after guest checkout, and we do not provide items such as condiments or coffee powder before check-in.
- Excessive required cleaning, also known as a double clean, is subject to a $100.00 charge.
