As we stated earlier, our Orlando townhomes for rent pretty much offer everything our full-sized homes do, just on a smaller scale, so you won’t be sacrificing anything in terms of comfort or luxury when you go this route. Open concept floor plans will still allow guests to do their own things while staying connected with a glance, a smile, or a sassy comment and living rooms will still be anchored by sofas so soft, you can’t avoid falling asleep before seeing the end of the movie you are watching! Dining rooms will be where families gather to play games, eat meals, and prepare for the day with the first of many cups of coffee and kitchens will offer high-end appliances that will encourage guests to try out their favorite recipes. Coffee makers (or Keurigs) are important to the success of a vacation, and our townhouse kitchens will offer one or the other, as well as toasters, blenders, and the occasional tea kettle! Smaller spaces may mean that a stackable washer and dryer may be tucked behind a closet door but will still let travelers pack light and save room for all the awesome souvenirs they can buy at Disney.
After a long day exploring sites and attractions that Orlando has to offer, in the back of your mind, no matter how much fun you are having, you will be thinking about the moment you get to return to your home sweet vacation home, shedding your going out clothes, and retiring for the evening in our serene and tranquil bedrooms. How many bedrooms do your townhomes offer and how many guests can stay in them?
Offering floor plans with 3-, 4-, and even 5-bedrooms, our townhomes are surprisingly roomy, making them perfect for up to 12 guests in the largest ones. Each home offers its own max number of guests and most of our properties provide room for approximately 10 guests, but there are some that offer more.

We want to take professional family pictures during our Disney getaway, is this a reasonable expectation?
These precious family vacation moments don’t last forever, so hiring a photographer to document them is an awesome idea and easy to do. One of our most used photographers, Family Art Photography, has been in business for over 15 years and we have never heard a single complaint about the way they do business or the pictures they take. Although most of your properties have private pools, the one we fell in love with does not. Will there be a community pool in those neighborhoods?
Every resort we are located in offers a community pool, allowing guests to relax, play, and come home from their Florida vacation with incredible tans, so don’t be afraid. You will be able to swim during your escape to Orlando.

We have heard a lot of good things about Winter Park. Do you recommend a road trip and if so, what can we do while we are there?
Oh we love the town of Winter Park, offering a quiet and idyllic small town charm that welcomes all who come to visit. Located just minutes outside of the Orlando area, it is known for its quaint shops, delicious restaurants, and for being the place where Mr. Rogers wrote his college thesis A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival held every March, is actually one of the oldest and most prestigious art festivals in our country and is definitely worth checking out during your Orlando March vacation.
