This 1940 Sq. Ft. Private Pool and Spa Home has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms and Sleeps 10 people distributed in 1 Floor(s). This property is at Emerald Island Resort, only 15 min away from Disney and 25 min from Universal. The House does not have carpet and offers you 1 King Size, 1 Queen Size, 0 Full Size, 6 Twin Size for your stay. Also, Free on the driveway. No street parking allowed. Parking, Central, Linens & Towels Provided, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer In House, Iron, Hair Dryer and Free Cable & Internet. As a starter supplies, you will find 1 Roll Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in all trashes, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self catering. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. If you want a welcome package, please call us. House does not have carpet. "Emerald Island Resort is 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Guests alike can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which includes the clubhouse sauna, fitness center, games arcade, Internet cafe, free wifi through the clubhouse, Tiki-Bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, tennis and basketball and volleyball courts, and kiddie play areas.At the resort facility, which include the clubhouse sauna, fitness center, Internet cafe, Free Wifi around the pool areas/kiddie play areas, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball facilities, kiddie play areas, and much more. Package/Mail Deliveries - We are unable to accept packages or mail deliveries at the Clubhouse, but you can have packages delivered to the home you are renting providing you are in occupation of the home and with the booking contract agreement. The Resort does not have mailboxes.
Trailers/Boats/RV/Trailered Grills/Smokers/Buses — Recreational Vehicles, motor homes, boats, trailers, trailered smokers or grills, buses and campers cannot be parked on the Resort. There are parking facilities at nearby RV parking areas. Vehicle Limits - No more than 6 cars per home are permitted within the resort.
Bikes - We do not operate a bike hire facility.
Fishing - We do not allow fishing in our lakes, but there are many lakes nearby."

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Mid Stay Cleaning Fee - $40.00 per hour, min 3 hours.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
POOL/SPA HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Heater fee (it will applied for the whole stay) - $50.00 per day or $300.00 per week.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash policy at the house.
