HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Mid Stay Cleaning Fee - $40.00 per hour, min 3 hours.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
POOL/SPA HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Heater fee (it will applied for the whole stay) - $50.00 per day or $300.00 per week.

Beautiful home, perfect for a large group. Place was super clean and even had towels in plastic that were fresh and clean. Property had everything needed to get started like toilet paper and paper towels. Super close to grocery store to pick up additional items. The pool was perfect and was screened which was nice. Check in was easy to follow and the property has a security guard at the entrance which helps in feeling safe. Garbage is picked up everyday which was super convenient.
Definitely would stay in this home again!

After a long pandemic year it felt great to relax and unwind in this lovely home! The host was great and very responsive. The home was big enough to fit my whole family and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the beds were extremely comfortable(felt like I was right at home), and the house had everything we needed. The house is located in a gated community that is monitored by guards so it is very safe! The only way this trip could have been better is if we stood longer! Will definitely be checking to see if this house is available next time we stay in Orlando.

Outstanding host. She was in contact to check to make sure everything was fine. She also made it easy to find different things within the home. Clean home. Will definitely rent this house out again. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Your home is beautiful. We truly enjoyed ourself.

Absolutely stunning!
We’ve stayed at Championsgate before in others villas and loved this one! It is decorated beautifully, immaculately clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen as a family. Angela and the team at Tropical Villas are a dream to deal with. Swift and helpful with all replies - we were impressed from the point of booking to the minute we left. We would love to return.
The only thing I would like to see is a little more in the way of equipment in the games room. The other villas we’ve stayed in had pool tables/table tennis etc. Our kids missed this a little - but to be honest, we were out in the parks and around Orlando so much that it didn’t have any overall impact upon the quality of our stay. If we’d been spending longer here, maybe it would have been felt more. Overall, I can safely state - we loved it! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Your quick response and patience was awesome. We love our experience and our stay. We separated the towels and sheets for cleaning in the laundry room so they could be washed!!!Staying with you actually enhanced our vacation experience and we just really want to say we appreciate your hospitality and your management!!!
