This place is super! The rooms are so posh and comfortable. The unit was super clean and in a great location on property. Having a separate pool area is really convenient. We loved the big open living area. The hosts emailed to check in on us throughout our stay. We will definitely book this property again.

Tropical Villas is a complete home away from home! My family and I were comfortable and we were able to enjoy every inch of the home especially the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and the hospitality given by our host. The only thing I can say is that I wish I had booked the home for a longer time. Response time was fast and all information about the house and area was nicely laid out in a binder. Thank you for having us! I look forward to booking this home again!

Absolutely loved the house and the amenities. The host was always so quick to answer any questions and set up arrangements. The location is amazing, it was close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool was a lot of fun. Neighbors were friendly. The community pool was always clean and definitely a cherry on top. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this house !! 5++

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks during Covid-19 and loved our stay! Tropical Villas & Angel Hosts were always communicative and quickly turned around a last min reservation. The townhome was very stylish and the "adult" rooms were decorated to feel spa like. The childrens' rooms were decorated with taste and my 11 year old son, yes 11, loved the Harry Potter room and the LED lights on the wall. Appliances were new as well as utensils, pots and pans. Pool was cleaned weekly and the community was fairly quiet. Roku TV was a huge plus in every room and wifi worked seamlessly the entire time. We were about a 12 minute drive to Walmart and Publix supermarket. A 30 minute drive to Universal and less than 20 min drive to Disney. Garbage was picked up daily. Overall we had a great stay and would book again :)

Tropical Villas deserves every bit of their five stars if not more. As I booked in June, I was unsure if I would run into problems due to the pandemic but things went flawlessly. They went above and beyond to communicate with me within minutes of my booking & every single person I spoke with at this company was the kindest, friendliest person I’ve met. You can tell that they really care about what they do. The unit itself was exactly as pictured, if not more gorgeous. Sparkling clean and spacious. Having a private pool and grill was a big plus. The only thing I’d suggest bringing for a longer stay would be dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. Everything else you need is provided. This place is top notch. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet with gorgeous sunsets from the upper balcony. Tucked away yet still close to restaurants, grocery etc. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Only wish we could do it all over again.

This space is precisely as depicted in the photos and perfect for a large family or multi family vacation. There are separate lounge areas for adults and kids to allow for enough distance while still being able to respond easily to children. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and totally worth the additional fee (we compared to other places before booking). The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, pots/pans, etc. for meals at home and the bathrooms had toiletries to cover short stays. The communication with our host was impeccable. We would absolutely stay here again.
